OK, i just went shopping at H&M (the only "cheap" store in germany it seems) and got the most adorable shirts for spring/summer. They are my fav color, GREEN. But the catch is that they are sleevless or really short sleeved. If you havent caught my drift by now, i dont have the most beautiful arms, what my mom refers to (but not to mine, shes nice) as "reverse muscles". FLAB! AHHH, SO ppl, that gives me what, like 3 months to tone these babies and get Madonna jelous! Anyone got any good exercises for arms, expecially the underpart of the upper arm, sorry i dont know the name. Thanks!

I have to lift weights for football so I say you should deffinetly use dumbells. I'm not talking 50 pounds but if you just did 5's and maybe some push-ups everyday you'll arms will be to die for in 2-5 weeks.

Arm circles are REALLY effective for the underside of your upper arm, the hardest place to tone on your body. When it starts to feel like it hurts, don't stop...this is your muscle building up. Try doing it for a whole minute, or 2 whole minutes without stopping. Good luck.
