hola all! so how was your valentines day...mine was full of cookie cake and large boxes of chocolate...hey its only once a year right? lol i know i porb shuldnt have eaten what i did im 5'3 and 145...im not like really over weight but i can stand to loose a few lbs but i cant! its like impossible for me i really need help or guidance or something soon otherwise im afraid ill be like my friend and overly obsess about my weight and i DONT want to do that so some one plz help me LEAVE A COMMENT WITH A DIET IDEA AND AN EXERCIZE PLAN PLEASE!!! thnx a bunch you guys are the greatest you dont relize how much this culd help me candi<3

Hey. Heres the key to weight loss, you ready??? Eat less, exersice more. Simple right? Well eat less candy, cakes, sugars, ect, and eat more fruits veggies protien, and home made food. And exercise more. Walk...then build it up to running! Who cares if you do a mile or 2!? Also do some weight lifting. You want to be toned right? I reccomend work out videos also. If you cant go outside because its raining, pop in a tape!
