Hey guys.... i am 14, 5'11, 220 pounds i realize that i am VERY overweight but i just can't lose it.... i take dance classes about 3.5 hours a week and i walk about a mile every day (if not more)... i only eat some grapes and a bottle of water for lunch and a sandwhich or something light for dinner. kid you are tall!! you may have some extra flab or something, but you aret extremely over wieght. I mean im 5'9 and the top of the healthy weight range for me is 170, so yours is like what, 190 or something? Some on, give yourself a break. But anyway, jenn's right, 1200cl AT LEAST!

ya u have to eat between 1200 and 1500 cals a day. You will lose weight if eat under that, but u will gain it all back! PLUS, i think for ur height, u are not that overweight, only a tiny tiny bit.lol GOOD LUCK! ~jenna~

you need to eat more, hun! 1200 cals a day! if youve been eating like that for a while now (the barely eating anything and exercising a lot habit)and your havent lost anything you might have a problem with your ovaries... i think it is... maybe... but you should see a doctor and ask about it! its one of those organs i know it...
