hey everybody, My name is katie im 13 im 5'1 and im 204.5 lbs. i just bought a new outfit today and it showed my bottom fat roll ALOT... and i feel so ashamed i was wondering if there is any GOOD and afoordable exercises and diets that will help me lose weight fast and safely by july 11th?? OMG, i weight the exact same weight as u!!! I also weigh 204.5. my height is pretty close. My height is 5'2 or 5'3.lol IM me at jenny534214 (on AIM) if u have it. i lost 10lbs so far. I used to weigh 215lbs. ALl i did was eat healthier and exercised. WELL, if u wanna talk, IM me

try buying more flattering clothing, that might help. eat healthy--1200 calories a day in REAL food (not junk and low-fat artificial things) and do crunches. all crunches require is lying down on the floor at any moment any time, and then exercising. you can also try running up and down the stairs or going on walks or jump roping.
