thankz,lol Well, just eat healthier and cut out the junk food. U should exercise about 4or 5 times a week for about 30 min. I lost 10lbs so far by doing that. I weigh now 205 from 215lbs. U will succeed!! U could do it. It will be easy after the first few weeks. The cravings for bad food will go away too. GOOD LUCK!!!!! ~jenna~
