Hi guys I have always been overweight and have struggled with diets and exercise, I've been here before but now I'm back though I have failed serveral times now I will suceed. I am 18 female who weighs about 320 pounds I say about because my scale only goes up to 300 and I am beyond that it looks like 20 space worth. It's embaressing I weigh more than twice what I should but no more I will lose the weight but it will take hard work and time. I hope to get down to a healthy weight for my height and age. I'm 5 foot 4 so a good weight is like 120 pounds that's my super goal but if I could get just back to the 1's I would be so thankfull. I wish you all luck and know that I am here if any of you need support, and I hope I can count on you guys for the same. If anyone has any tips that would be great, lets work through this together. you have the drive. you can do this. just try to be active a little bit everyday until it's a normal habit, and same with the food. change it slowly and in healthy ways and make them stick. good habits go very very far...
