Hey, I'm about 5'8 and I weight 175 pounds. I really need to get down to 160 for my own health and i would like someone to give me some advice on how to do this. A lot of my fat is in my legs and abs, so I really need to lose it there. So plz help me...

try jogging start slow at run 1min run 2 then after the first week run 5 mins then every 2weeks after that add two mins to you run intill you get to were you want to be i lost alot of inchs doing that and some curches
