someone explain the calorie rule u r all talking about and what it does and why u should have that number of calories a day.. cuz honestly... u got this gurl right here CLUELESS!haha

"calorie rule" basically means eat the number of cals your body needs. its hard to tell. Its not healthy to go below 1200, and remember to include low fat foods from all the groups on the piramid. The only serving size i wouldnt pay attention to is the breads one, because carbs are the hardest to burn off, especially for us students cuz even though we exercise they're the hardest to get rid of. Lots of lean protein, low cal fruits and veggies, and atleast 4 calcium rich foods (dairy like milk and yogurt is best if you arent lactose intolerant)

about 3500 cals make one pound if you eat about 1500 cals a day your body will start to use its other fats to make up for the cals it's missing resulting in healthy weigth lose. But you have to excersie with it. So the less cals you eat (make sure it'a a heathy amount) the more weight you lose

1200cl a day or more is the rule. Try never to go below that, cuz if you do on a regular basis then your body will be thrown into starvation mode. What i mean by that is: Your body has a self preservaation mode, if you dont eat enough, it thinks its being starved to death and will stop consuming as many calories as it would normally to try and keep those calories to keep you alive! You body will also start to eat the muscle and not the fat cuz you need fat to survive and not muscle. Hope that made sense!! good luck!
