hey guys, whats up ive been excerszing about the same but i dont have time to do my 800 crunches so i try to do at least 400 and im proud to say im not eating 500 cal anymore... im eating about 1200!! and im been losing more weight then i have before... good luck yall!

thats great!! i lost 15 lbs so far by eating about 1500 cals a day and exercising.

Hey great job! I had that problem too. I would only eat dinner. Then one day I ate breakfast lunch and dinner and I lost more weight...so when they say dont skip meals, they really do mean it. SOmetimes you just gotta figure it out on your own! But great job and keep up the good work.
