k so i'm down to wher ei just wnat to lose those last 10 lbs... but so far its kinda on a plateau, still excersizing 45- hour 4 times a week or 5... 1200 cals of healthy food per day... but i'm just wondering if i dont' step it up will i start gaining?? or will i stay at this rate?? how much more should i do to lose thel ast 10?

your body can handle more calories and you will maintain. If you're on a plateau, I would suggest actually eating MORE one day, and then less the next. It shakes up your metabolism and helps you get off a plateau.

Congrats on your last ten. Sometimes the small you get, the less calories you need. Even though 1200 is still not a lot, mabye you can cut it down to like 1100 if you MUST. Just work out more I guess. The last 10 is the hardest but once you do loose it, your going to be very proud of yourself!

try fluctuating your eating and exercising schedule to shock your body. One day eat a little more and the next day eat a little less, same with exercising. Good luck on that last 10!
