i had the same problem when i went on the pill last year. it took a few cycles for it all to work itself out, but when it did it was all really worth it. I do know that being on the pill makes it a little tougher to lose weight, because it plays with your hormones, but i just stick with it. Working out always strenghtens my resolve to not over eat, and i take midol during my period and it helps my cravings a little bit too. when im on my period and i want to eat every comfort food in sight, i just go for a really good workout, and then i grab a carton of no fat yogurt, put on some music and light some candles and jump in a hot bath. Makes me feel good and takes care of my cravings for creamy foods. also, ask your parents to get rid of all of the junk foods in your house, because u cant be tempted to eat something that isnt there, no mater how much you crave it

Aaahh! 32 days straigh?!?! Aw girl, I feel so bad for you. I can barely stand the 5 days every month that I get my period for...I don't know how I would be able to live with 32 days. :\ I hope everything evens out soon, like your doc said it would.

Hey When I was 140, and lost 15 lbs, I lost my period too. So I havent had it for about a year now. So thats an option to try too. Dont worry about what you ate, everyone does that once in a while. Just try really hard and you'll deffinitly be able to lose 10 lbs way before summer! Try like...a month!! Good luck.

wow- the depo provera worked great for me until they came out with recent findings that it starts ruining some of your bone mass over a period of time and that they're not sure if it will all come back after you arew off it. so i got off it and got onto the pill for safe measures- now my period won't return!lol. we have completely the opposite problem...but it's okay- the depo-provera is supposed to make it so you have a bigger appetie- but that doesn't mean you can't still say no to it! just say no! keep yourself full all the time on good low calorie foods so that it's a little bit less of a hurry to eat. good luck and you can pull through!
