Hello everyone. I haven't posted in a long time. I figured I'd just try to keep on doing good and post once I've actually got somewhere. When I first started coming here a long time ago I was 147 and 5'1/2" and now I'm 116 and 5'2". To me that's exciting but It was a lot of hard work. I ate what I wanted and I had a lot of terrible times, like binges, crying, feeling fat, all that stuff. When that stuff happened I just tried to forget about it and move on and start over. All I have to say is never give up and never stop trying, no matter how many times you have to restart the next day. I remember I had been saying to myself...oh I'll start tomorrow and then I'd mess up and then I'd say...Oh I'll just start the next day. Then one day I actually did good and I got into it. I did have a few binges and hard times though. My final goal is 105-110 lbs. I'm only 6 lbs away from it which is the good part. I do still stress about how 6 lbs is hard to lose but I know I can do it. Everyone good luck

that was really inspirational because I weigh around 142 and I'm 5'3 1/2 and I want to get down to 125 pounds. I'm on Weight Watchers and I've been trying to lose weight for so long. I've been maintaining but I'm really trying to lose it now, because i want to reach my goal before I go to Spain this summer. Well thanks for sharing that because I can really relate to you. I've binged and messed up so many times. Was there anything in particular that got you really motivated? Any tips? Thanks!

hey that is awesome. we have the same stats almost. i need some help and a buddy to get down to my goal weight. would u like to be my buddy..just email me if u do it is congrats again
