Okay I have been GAINING weight lately and I've been eating less and working out more! And its not muscle gain because I've been doing the exact same things, ect...I need some help because I'm freaking out over here. I drank this tea called fasting yoga tea...just one cup and its saposed to speed your metabolism and help with a succesful weight loss but I deffinitly think its doing the opposite. However, I drank it like 2 weeks ago and only one cup!! Any of you know of foods I shold cut out 2 see some results? I would appreciate it and thankyou very much.

it's not the tea- instead of exerszing more- exersize differntly. pick up a differnt exersize because after a month or so your body gets used to the same exerszie everyday. try building muscle mass too. also- instead of eating less- eat higher quality foods- less processed stuff...good luck!

hayley is totally right, you NEED at least 1200cal for healthy weight loss. Plus, it might be muscle gain, just cuz youre still doing the same things, your muscles could be benifiting from it and getting bigger! Dont keep looking at the scale, look in the mirroR!!

maybe you're not eating enough. When you don't eat a lot and you're exercising, your body starts to hold onto your weight, because it thinks that you're starving.

wow... thats really strange. All i can suggest is that if your being as good in your diet as you say you are, all that goodness (hehe) will pay off sooner or later. Dont panic! Your doing a great job!
