well i have another question, i know i ate so bad today, but tomorrow is going to be worse i can tell, i am going to a super bowl party and they always have food out, idk how to control my cravings and say no i dont want that, because they are making chicken wings and taco dip and stuff like that i dont know what to do..ne suggestions please help me

seriously...i know this is bad but to cheat on holiday or special vacations i believe is ok..... just dont make a meal of the stuff..... maybe eat before you go to feel full.....good luck

bring cut up fruits and veggies. these are good for you and you will still have something to munch on during the game.
