who are you to say anything about my lifestyle? my body is exeptionally healthy right now because i'm making sure that i get enough nutrients. don't try to insult me because you have no basis after saying you obviously aren't eating healthy...

hey kristi, anne is jsut trying to help! And shes right too. IT doesnt matter that you work out a lot, your body is eating your muscle. You know, im sure by now that you shoudl be eating 1200cl or more. By eating less you are confusing your body, making it think it needs to conserve that fat you have instead of drop it. So it eats other things instead, firstly muscle. Thats why annorexic girls and ppl who eat super low cal diets are so willowy. They have no muscle. So please eat more. You do have an eating disorder, but not one as serious as annorexia or bulimea. BUT if you dont get it in order, it could mutate into that!! I mean seriously, 500cl is next to nothing! please eat more! You wont gain weight as long as you burn more cal then you eat!! Adn with all the exercise you do, you ARE burning enoug! Now jsut eat more!

it's because you're losing muscle- not fat when you eat that little. you're actually holding on to your fat and it will be the last to go if you keep up those habits. you will not gain if you eat healthy nutritous things for 1200 calories a day, just add in a little exersize. i suggest you eat a lot of lean protien and do strength training for a while to gain back some muscle...
