hiya, im really down at the moment. ive been ill for a week and last nite i really ate too much. today ive felt realy guilty and because i havent been able 2 get out and exercise for a week im afraid of how much weight ive put on. i had just reached the healthy weight range of 141lbs but i think i will have put about 5lbs on. im so depressed. any words of wisdom that will cheer me up?! is there any diet that i could do for a week thats going to mean i loose the weight again because im going on holiday in a week and i want to look my best! thanks...xxx

agggrrrrrrr ive gone up to 146, im so anoyed!!! has any1 got a 1 week diet that will help me get back on track?

hey, ive been sick too, but im still losing weight even though i havent excersized latly... do some crunches, cause they dont get u tired and u would feel bad when u do them like u would running
