My goal is to loose 45-60 pounds eventually, but my short term goal is to get into the 170's (Im 183)....and i was wondering...could u please assess my diet and help me with it? This is what i do:
(an average (not every) Day's food:
Breakfast: Fruit, juice, sometimes healthy cereal with soymilk.
Lunch: I always have "snack Lucnhes" which to me, means about 5 snacks ...theyre all healthy. some examples might be: fruit, a fruit to go bar, soycrips, a rice cake, etc.
after school snack: a serving (about 10) animal crackers, or fruit.
Dinner: Two pieces of block tofu, salad with a light japanese dressing, and veggies.
Throughout the day i drink between 4 and 8 glasses of water.
For exercise, every day (except for maybe one a week), i do 20-40 (but usssually only 20) minutes of kickboxing....160 crunches, 15 pushups, and 15 tricep pushups.
THATS my day!! Please critisize in a nice way...all advice would be amazing!!
Also, would you reccoment weighing in once a week or once every two weeks? ALso, how can you tell throughout the week if youre loosing weight or not? ALSO how do you resist binging at friends houses?? THats really my only food problem!

well- try to be more consistant with 8 glasses of water each day and if you weighed yourself every two weeks it would be awesome to watch the numbers drop by 4lbs instead of 2, i might even start doing that. also with the binging at friend's houses- just think about how you want to be seen. do you really want to be seen as a glutonous pig to your friend or your freind's family?
