hi my name is mallory im 200 pounds i just tried on my semi dress and i saw this extra bulge in my stomach (the dress hides a lot but not that) my semi dance is next week does anyone have any tips to get rid of that extra bulge?

A semi dance is Semi- Formal its like a prom at our school ps. any good ways to ask people for a date to semi?
