well i have a question, it might sound dumb but anyways, my mom is making me take calcium pills because i wont drink milk, i only drink water, does ne one know if calcium pills have calories?

Calcium is also proven to help you LOSE weight, so even the little measlly 10 cals are worth eating and you'lll. lose in the long run dont worry!!
