Ok I am at 158lbs and I am 5ft 8 inches. I will try to lose 13 more pounds tell I am 145 lbs. Anyone have a guess when I will reach that if I stay true to my wieght loss plan. Since for one usual day I eat 2 pieces of toast with jam with a glass of orange juice for breakfeast with 3 small strips of chicken along with 5 small potatoe wedges with a glass of water for lunch and for dinner I have a piece of barbecue chicken with a salad with a glass of milk. And usually for a snack I will have fruits and vegetables. And what is odd for me is I can resist cookies, chips, and pizza now. It is very odd since I once couldn't stop eating these things. O ya I forgot to say I walk an hour a day on my farm for excerise.

add in some daily exersize and you'll reach it in no time! i'd say in about a month and a half- probably less with the working out if you add it in...
