Man i dont know what to eat, because like i want to eat healthy around 1200 calories, but like for B i have egg whites on 2 pieces of light wheat bread and then lunch i have salad a yougart and an apple but it never seems like i have enough calories plus dinner..any suggestions on what to eat?

a sample meal to keep you fully fit and healthy shoul dinclude items from ALL the food groups!! here is a sample plan of what i eat -1200 cals - that keeps me energized and balanced/healthy.
Breakfast- fat free yoplait yogurt (100) topped with 3/4 cup Kashi GO CRUNCH ( 8 g fiber!!) (200) Fat free hot chocolate (100)
Lunch- Boca patty , no bun. with a slice of fat free cheese , ketchup , and fat free ranch. (200) Small dinner salad . ( 100) cup of fat free hot chcoolate ( 100)
Dinner- I dont really have a large dinner, since i have 400 calories left at this time i am a chronic gum chewer i chew 100 cals of gum per day lol so that, and then often times a bag of 94% fat free popcorn with fat free butter spray ( 250) and maybe grapes or a fruit or vegetable.
