hey yall, I need some help...I have always been a little overweight(now I am 5 foot 2 and weigh 165)and whenever I would want to go on a little diet, I always put it off until tomorrow and the next day and so on...well, I want to change it! I'm not a big fad on eating less, I can excersize more if I would not, but I don't want to only eat fruit for all of my meals, u know? so what can i do that is effective??? I want to get in shape for the Bahamas in June!... but whoever helps me...I luv u, lol <33 Lauren

hey, i recentlly found a way to lose some weight easily, either walk on a treadmill for an hour, but walk don't run, or walk every day to a cool place like the mall, the key is to keep walking, and if you walk places you'll be so busy you won't eat stuff that you're not really hungry for, trust me it works. look into Weight Watchers. You can eat anything you want, as long as you factor it in to your daily points allowance. Like on weekends, I let myself have jujubes, low fat ice cream... etc. and I still lose weight
