Hello, this is just an update! Today i had an exam so i didnt really have to time to think about...well, anything, lol. So for breakfast i had a chocolate slim muffin (what does that even mean, slim?hah), an apple, and some apple juice. For lunch i had corn soup(118 cal), and a muffin, and 2 glasses of water. For dinner im not sure what im having, but because of the muffins ( bad, i know), Ill make sure its super healthy and i wont eat to much of it. As for exercise, later in the day, aFter i get some studying done, im going to do my carribean kickboxing video (20. min)(cardio), then my 10 minute abs from a magazine, 15 pushups, and 15 tricep pushups. Let me know how i did and any suggestions.
