Oh yeah and dont forget your dairy! Drink some milk and eat some cheese and etc lol..2-3 servings a day! Oh and watch portion sizes, try not to overeat and only eat when you are hungry, not bored or emotional!

DO NOT do the Special K diet. That is a fad diet, and you are likely to gain it back. Try to cut down on junk food and sodas, drink lots of water, eat lots of fruits, veggies, make sure to get an adequate amount of protein(lean meat) and good carbs(whole grains, whole wheat bread, oatmeal etc). Also exercise by doing cardio (anything that gets ur heart rate up ie: walking, rollerblading, dancing, jump roping, aerobics) and also strength training (dumbells, pushups, crunches etc: But do not do this every single day, skip days in between each strength training day so ur body can rest those muscle. NEVER exercise the same muscle in two days--ex. dont do 20 crunches mon, tues, and wed. do them: mon, wed, fri) Try to do cardio at least 3 days per wk and 20-30 mins for starting out. If you arent used to exercise you might even have to start out w/ 15 mins. Try to do strength training 2-3 times a week. START SLOW! Make goals for each day: ie-today i will at least drink 20 oz of water...exercise for 20 mins...eat fruit for a snack...etc...Good Luck!!!

Well, you can try weight watchers, if you dont want to buy the stuff than just try writing down EVERYTHING that you eat. if you want something a little more casual try the special K diet you should lose about 6 lbs. every 2 wks. for maximum results i would do it for two weeks then take two weeks off. For those two weeks i would just lay off fat and calories and exersize about 5 or 6 days a week. Try walking on the tredmil or join your local YMCA.
