Hi everybody, I don't want to bother u but i have a question. I am going to tell u my plan for what i am going to eat today. Can u tell me if i am eating too much or not too much... thanx. ok...B-bowl of oatmeal, and banana w/orange juice. S-a few animal crackers. L-tuna noodle salad with water. S-bottle of water, maybe a few more animal crackers. D-Turkey, veggies, a little bit of stuffing and mash potatoes, and skim milk. How is that?

LOOK LOOK LOOK! Here is a girl who is actually eating!! WOW, imagine that! Take a look, she isnt eating anything too unhealthy. And more importantly shes not starving herself! Jenna, I added up the calories and it comes out (I had to guess about perportions(sp) but this is the really HIGH end of what it could be) to like 1600cal. I dont know how many calories you personally need to eat to loose weight, but it is really great that you are over 1200 calories! You go girl! and keep up the good work!

i didn't add up all the calories but it sounds like it's really good plan for the day. you're not eating too much and it looks like a pretty good balance of everything...
