Ok, so heres the deal- starting the week afternext(i have someting next week so i cant start then) I am goin to have 3 hard hours of bball a week(2 days), 2 hours of jogging (straight for an hour 2 days), and twice swimming. I have jsut started swimming so I am starting with 1000meters (10laps). Along with healthy eating (and im giving up chocolate and meat for Lent) do you think i can loose about 40 lbs by June/July? Oh and only water!! Please tell me what you think!!

If you do all that working out, and give up meat and chocolate for lent, and eat healthy, you will deffinitly loose 40 lbs, no problem! But its not healthy to give up meat because its very important for weight loss. TRy giving up chocolate and junk food instead. But you do what you want! I'm sure you will still loose that 40 lbs anyways! Good luck.
