Hey can anyone tell me how i did today, for B i had 2 egg whites again, with two pieces of light wheat toast and jam on one side of it. For lunch i had a reallly small salad because i ran out of it at home for the week because it gets brown lol, with a light and fit yougart, and an orange, and then i had some of my friends chips which was a bad choice i prolly ate about a half of a small bad which the whole bag had 180 so prolly 100 cal. there..ne ways after school i am going to run a mile, and try to walk/jog another mile and work on arms and legs. then i get home and i will probably eat an apple or grapes and then for dinner i think i am having a chicken patty(210 cal), with non fat cottage cheese and a vegtable. and maybe after that i might have some grapes or something..does that sound okay. and i was wondering what everyone eats for a healthy non fattening breakfast and lunch..please respond

That sounds good, just make sure you're getting enough calories. For breakfast I love oatmeal, especially the quaker oats flavored kinds, or hte kashi brand. Theyr'e sooo good and have tons of fiber so they really fill you up. Also, I like having cereal!! I have to make sure to buy cereal that isn't too sweet or I eat it like crazy (I'm a cereal ADDICT) I love Barbara's Bakery Puffins Cereal, especially the Cinammon or peanut butter ones. The peanut butter is hard not to eat too much of, but the cinammon ones are the perfect amount of sweetness and crunchiness. They're only 90 calories!! for 3/4 cup and they have almost no fat and TOONNS of fiber. As you can tell, it's really important to have fiber in the morning or you'll get hungry quickly. It's usually good to try to have protein and fiber, so high fiber toast w/ a tablespoon of peanut butter is great, or eggs and toast, or cereal and milk. (milk has protein) Soy milk is also great b/c that has soy protein. Hope that helped!
