okay- next time don't go out to eat at three different resturaunts!!! it'll be much easier to be in control if you don't go out to eat so much!

yeah, like everyone else said, be careful with over weighing yourself! It can become more addictive then eating! Just do it once a day for a while, in the morning, and then once your good there, do it once a week and record that somewhere. Thats alot more accurate then all the time!

you shouldn't eat all of that stuff. I guess it could make you gain weight. When do you weigh yourself? You should only weigh yourself in the morning.

A lot of that weight is probably retained water, which happens when you eat food that has a lot of sodium in it, like fast food does. Each pound = 3,500 calories, so if you think about it, it's almost impossible to gain that much weight in one day. Actually it is impossible. You might have gained like a half of a pound, but actually if you continue to eat really healthy the days after your bad day, your body isn't going ot hold onto the weight. Sometimes if you eat more one day and then less the next (although I don't suggest doing this that often) it helps your body lose more weight because it doesn't get used to having the same amount of calories every day.

If you weigh yourself, then eat, then weigh yourself again, then of course the weight of that food will be added! It's not you, its the food. You shouldn't eat the junk anyway but still, it's not added to you like that *clicks fingers*
You should only weigh yourself once a week.
