OMG!~!~!I weigh 160 pounds and I am only 5,1. I want to lose like fifty or sixty of those pounds by the begining of summer so when I go to camp and the pool I don't have to wear a shirt the whole time. I don't know though because I can't seem to find a diet where they won't send you dieting pills or meals or I can't find a diet that is for people under 18. I don't know what to do and I need to lose this weight.HELP!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~!~Dave~

hey wassup. What I do is just eat healthy. Im sure u know what that is. Exersize regularly or at least whenever you get a chance. Im 160 pounds too and I want to lose just about your amount. Anyway thats what I suggest you do. I lost 10 pounds by doing just that. I cheated a couple of times but I still lost becuase I got right back on track. So just try to stay away from bad foods and exersize when u have a chance. If you have PE in school, thats a good chance 2 exersize. If you need anything else, just ask.
