Heres a question for all those people who have succeeded in losing weight, whether its 1lb or 100lbs: Has it actually changed your life? Are you more confident? Do u live life to the full? I have lost 27lbs out of the 35lbs that i wanted to lose and i feel exactly the same. I wear smaller size clothes but it doesnt make me feel any better. How about u? Whats changed in your life?

More than your weight, it is necessary to alter your mindset. A lot of people who have lost a significant amount of weight (or not even a huge amount) have a hard time getting used to their new body. They still consider themselves overweight and therefor still act shy and try not to attract attention. I'm totally not saying this is you, but it's just an example that it's only 10% actually physical and 90% mental
