Hey again, ne ways i have a question, i just dont know what to pack for my lunch that is healthy so fat i have a reallly tiny salad with fat free dressing, an orange, a few baby carrots, and light chips. ne thing that could be better?

yah thats good i bring that sometimes. but u know whats also good? get a thermos and bring soup (campells is best i tihnk) and a sandwhich and if u like an orange dring water its filling and its good. itll hold u till diner too!

ok for lunch everyday i bring
1. a sandwhich- low cal bread= 70 for 2 slices.
2 100 calorie pack THEY ARE REALLY GOOD!
3. jello 10 cal
4. water, diet beverage.
i dont need to eat alot but yeah thats good if ur doing low cal diet or if u just wanna stay heathy add a apple or orange if ur still hungry

Hey, over the summer and into the fall i did a diet that was some what similar, now i know you want to eat all these good tasting foods, but if at all possible loose the chips, anything extra that you dont need, dont eat it! cause almost attmeditly you will start seeing results that will encourgage you more! good luck!

hey that is actuly a really good lunch idea. i eat carrots too. u could also take other fruits. orr fat free yogurt. or wheatthins!
