if ya wanna loose weight on a regular basis and have people notice. then join a sport. like in the spring or something. i know b/c in the fall i did volleyball and it was everyday for 2hours after school(not during the weekend) that way ya don't have to worrry about exercising everyday and you just need to eat healthy.good luck!!!!!!!

try tennis in the spring, its great for legs
