Quick question, how do you find out your body fat vs muscle weight?

lol. um- she didn't ask for weight. she asked for body fat%. i got a scale that tells me my weight and body fat%- it does this by sending electronic pulses up you. you can also go to a doctor and ask, they may also have a scale at thier office or know how to calcculate it for you. right now i'm trying to find out what a healthy body fat% is. because i have 31%

This is the way I do it. If your 5 feet you should weigh 100 lbs. Then for every inch you add 5 lbs. Yet for muscle (depending on how much you have), add lbs there too. If you have some muscle add 5 more lbs. If you have tons of muscle, add 10 lbs. No more then that though.
