hey i'm back, yesterday i am pretty proud of what i ate.
i had about ten grapes for breakfast, a baked chicken sandwich for lunch, and tomato soup and crackers for dinner. and i ran for 30 minutes with my hyperactive dog and then walked back home, which took about an hour i am getting weighed today, and i know i lost some weight

i dont think u need to eat more if ur not hungrey... but if ur hungrey u can have something else to eat...well good lucko

Anne is totally right, you need to eat alot more, but especially at breakfast. Its called that for a reason, you break your fast. Usually you only have a few hours between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, but you got like 12 between dinner and breakfast. You also need to eat more in the morning to jump start your metabolism, without food, it wont start (it will, it always will, im just being extreme to prove a point) and you wont loose as much weight during the day as you might with a healthy breakfast!!
