i dont get it.. last year when i weighed this much i looked a lot thinner!! i weigh t he same now, but i look fatter... like muscles but my clothes still dont fit as well as they used to!! Ahhh help me lose the last 10 lbs please ideas! like NOTHING works!! i already work out an hour / day adn eat 1200 cals!

If you work out that much every day, then it sounds like you're eating too little. I know you probably think that eating the littlest amount possible is best, but that's actually not true. If you start eating too few calories your body gets scared that you're starving so it holds on to the weight. Especially if you're working out, you need to increase your caloric intake. Instead of focusing on how little food to eat, focus on putting more, healthy things in your mouth. Eat LOTS of vegetables, fruits, and lean meat and carbohydrate products that have more than 1 gram of dietary fiber per serving (check nutrition box on foods) The more dietary fiber a product has, the more it will keep you filled up and it is more healthy. Try whole wheat bread, cereal that has fiber in it, etc. etc.
