ok....April 15th is my Junior Prom....I need to lose weight....i've told everybody i'm going, and my boyfriend is already planning on going with me. I need to lose about 65 pounds.....i can do it...im gonna eat fruits and veggies....drink just water...eggs and meat but in small amounts. Everything I eat is goin to be small portions, and not after 7 p.m. I am going to figure out some kind of exercise plan to go along with it....im thinking lifting some weights to tone my arms and back, and some squats for my legs and butt and crunches for my stomach...on that im starting out at 50 a night and in a week im going to 100...and so on...also, im gonna start my tredmil again....no more as of right now....which is night time, right before i go to bed...so now i tell you, i'm eating healthy....form now on.....AND ONLY DRINKING WATER!!

U dont need to restrict yourself as much. You have still got plenty of time to lose the weight. I mean, by eating 1500 cals per day and doing 10mins exercise you can lose 7lbs in two weeks. I have got a few diets which might help you. Some you lose like 7lbs whereas others you can lose up to a stone in two weeks and they are healthy and you get to eat alot. if you want any just email me curly_girlie8804@hotmail.com. Also, make sure you do a few stretches before exercising or jog on the spot for 2mins to warm up to maximise tone. Ive been doing my diet for three weeks and have lost a total of ten pounds and have still been eating CHOCOLATE! no bad eh? like i say, if you want any help just mail me. Hope ive helped hun.
