What happens if you eat all negative calorie foods?

i don't think that true, you shouldn't subtract 150 calories..... calories are calories and they all count. unless its like celery when you chew it you burn all the calores that are in it, but only like 15...

well, nagative calorie foods are foods which have less than 150 calories.Because it take the stomach 150 calories to digest food, eating negative calorie foods will lead you to burn calories instead.Example:a slice of cake worth 200 calories would mean that you gain 50 calories(maths-200(amount of calories in food)minus 150(calories used to digest)=50), but if you eat some thing worth like 50 calories you are actually burning 100 calories(math-150(calories used to digest)minus 50(calories in food)=100).Hope that helps.
I was doin research on this a couple of weeks ago, sound like it can work.im planin to start eatin foods witch have negative calories,i always check the scientific side to see how a diet works.Amal

I've never heard of negative calorie foods. calories are a measure of how much energy there is in the food. if something is high in calories, chances are it's loaded with saturated fat or high in sugar, or both! walking at a brisk pace for 45 to 60 minutes should burn about 300-500calories. of course, it depends on how heavy you are.the bigger you are the more calories you will burn. taking in something high in sugar anmd then using the excuse, "ill burn it off" isn't gonna work. Sugar works through your blood stream, thus (unless u work ur butt off) storing as fat unless burnt off.. sucks, i know.
