Hi, my name is Kathryn, I'm 18, 5'8'' and weigh about 240 lbs. I just want to know if anyone has been able to loose weight just by walking and drinking water...I want to try to get down to about 200 lbs. Is it possible to do before the end of March? all you have to do is eat the right foods and not junk foods. Don't fry ur foods. Drink plenty of water. And finally exercise for about 20 min a day or 30 min to an hour everyother day. Try it, it works
