Hey guys.. tommorow I am going to eliminate chips,REG. Soda,candy,cookies, and junk food from my diet.. im going to start to eat breakfast witch ima have cereal and 2% milk.. lunch a chickfila sandwitch when i get home from school some fruit or vegtables.. and for supper someting nice and healthy im going to try my hardest to drink 8-10 glasses of water daily and exercise i have P.E for 1 hour and 30 min.. and then when I get home Im going to walk about 2-3 miles on my gazelle.. tell me what you think! tHAnkz!

don't drink 2% milk. it is like you are eating 7 strips of bacon. I learned that in health class. The best milk to drink is skim milk. You might think that it is disgusting, but it tastes good. If you don't like it, drink 1%. It is better than 2%. Good luck! ~jenna~
