hey everyone, well can anyone tell me how i did for the day? for B: i had an egg white, on light wheat toast(70) and jam on one piece, for lunch i had a little salad, fat free ranch dressing, and orange, and baked light chips(90), for snack i had a nuitra grain bar and about 5 combos, D: chicken with low fat cottage cheese S: fat free ice cream (100 cal)..i didnt get to work out but did walk around at the mall with my mom and did ab stuff. please respond and how can i boost my metabolism? and if i keep eating like this and exercise about 4-5 times a week can i lose about 10-20 lbs by like june or BEFORE?

yes- but eat more fruits and veggies! 5 servings/day!
