2 morrow i plan on starting a lettuce and water diet do u think that will help me lose weight? if u have any questions or comment please post

well, it DOES go into starvation mode if your daily calorie intake is less than 1200. after eating days on ltes that 1200 cals, you body will not be able to fuction properly. Yes you will lose weight but it will be water, not fat, then when you do eat something, your body will but on the lbs. dont try this diet if you do youll be tired all day long, not have enough energy for anything.

you don't NEED that many calories to burn fat... if you want to loose weight.. the less calories you eat and the more you excersize.. the more you will loose.. in order to loose weight, you need to cut down on calories... your body doesnt go into starvation mode if you dont eat 1200 calories.. it goes into starvation mode when say.. you skip breakfast and lunch.. then when you eat dinner ur body is soo hungry n weak, it stores the food bc it doesnt know next time it will get food again...

hey.itll start to get reely boring and gross on that diet cuz its so plain.if you want a good healthy diet for your age go to the doctor and hav him/her giv you a good diet,but if u do go w/that lettuce diet stik to it i guess

no actually its scientifically proven that u need 1200 calories or more, not to be mean, just letting you know :)

yeah i think thats ok...but u will prolly get bored of it so be careful and dont stuff ur face...u dont need 1200 cal to lose weight either i eat about 900-1000 cal

don't do that, it is really unhealthy- u need 1200 calories a day to lose weight, any less and your body will go into starvation mode and store all fat. you need to eat food from all the food groups- please don't do that fad diet.
