Well Lauren, nice to met you and know you gave me a reply or questions. I lost weight on being outside in the sun. Marching and doing exhibition which is a drill team sequence.I would stay about an hour in a half two hours maybe...in the sun doing all that and it was 2 hrs. times 5 days a week that's 10 hrs. per week in the sun.....i was mostly dressed in a short sleeve shirt white possibly and black or blue jeans. Sometimes if it was a little breezy or chilly i would wear a thin jacket. A red one too so i was sweating. But i was always moving but still eating my 3 meals a day. Another thing i did was i had quit drinking sodas. I have recently started drinking them every now and then which i need to stop. YOu have to stick with water juice and milk. NO SODAS! Without sodas you loose more. I would also have to walk or run to my classes so i wouldn't be tardy.I would walk a mile in the morning just to get to school also. It took me about a month to loose 13 lbs. and then it took me.....about 15 days to loose another 6 lbs. But i was moving and it has now taken me 2 weeks to loose 16 lbs. So i weight 191 lbs. What about you what are your goals and you have any more questions?Anybody?

well i have been on a personalised diet which i created myself for 1 week. i have just weight myself and i have lost 3lbs now i weight 196lbs. If anyone wants to know what my personalised diet and exercise diet consists of, post on the message board! im 5"7 by the way lol
