hEY EVERYONE!!!!!!can someone suggest a suitable weight for me?im 14 years old(wont be 15 till december 11th),5.5feet and weigh 145pound(mostly muscle,cos i do tonnes of sports).iv put a post before askin about a suitable weight,but everyone jus came up with a load of weight loss tips(not that i didnt apreciate them).So please help.PeaceAmal

well if you're really muscular at that weight- it's a good weight. i know when i was at that weight i didn't like it but i'm also not that muscular so more of my weight was probably fat. if you're really muscular then you don't need to lose anything- but if you still don't feel comfy, try going 5-10lbs less...
