hey i was wondering if any1 wants to be diet buddies (preferable som1 around my weight and height) i weigh 190 and am 5"6.5 and would likwe to lose 30 pounds but would like to lose 10-15 by april if i run for 30 minutes twice a week, do 100 push ups and crunches and jumping jack and 10 minute rope jumping eeryday? if any1 weants to be diet buddies reply and ill get bak to you or if u want just leave some eating and exercise tips REPLY ASAP THANX

if you eat well along with all that exersize- then you will definately lose weight!
