hey nobody relpyed to my last message but im sure that everyone has tons of advice!!and i could use some of that advice see im 13 5ft1in and i weigh about 140. im graduating this year and i want to be around 110. i want to lose weight for 2 ok 3 reasons, 1st im tired of not being able to do what some od my skinny friends can do im always slow when we do active sports together and im tired of being out of shape and pluse its not good for me, 2nd i have been teased since like forever cause of my weight and i dont wanna go into highschool and have people making fun of me all the time,i want highschool to be fun for me 3rd i would like to be skinny for my boyfriend mike!!so i cant wait to hear everyons good advice on how im gunna get to my goal!! talk to everyone soon

Hey i no how off putting ti can be when people say dont eat junk food and excersize because thts what you expect. I got this reply to one of my posts sayig that every icecube you suck burns 40 calories but im not sure because i havent tried it eyt cos r freezer dusnt hav an icecube compartment thingy :(

if you want to be fit then stop putting junk in your body- go for quality foods and exersize@!
