hi,i am trying to loose weight right now but so far i have done really well . i have lost 10 pounds so far. now i weigh 155 pounds. i don't know what foods to not eat ? because i gained the weiht back please someone give me some advice on which foods should i not eat.

try to advoid general junk (you know what i mean..candy bars..twinkies...all that icky stuff) stay away from greasy foods like bacon and lots of starch (NOT ALL STARCH...just some) try to have one serving of starch per meal and one serving per fruit per meal..fruit has natural sugar..increase your water and lower your pop intake, try to make portion sizes the size of your fist
