Hi I'm starting my diet tomorrow just making like a plan today. I plan to lose 7lbs a month is this realistic. I need to lose a 21lbs to become a healthy weight but i would like to lose more than that because I am 154lbs and 5'4. Could i do this?

7lbs a month is realislistic u could even shoot for 10 pounds a month but stick with 7 cuz thats better but all u need to do is drink a lot of water, cut whut u normally eat in half, dont drink as much pop as u may usually drink because pop deterioates ur muscles and makes u retain water, and then just do excercises liek cardio workouts andss tuff run around ur block jog in place join a sport u like and just stay focused and motivated i hope u reach ur goal good luck
