Many times teens avoid subjects because they don't think "parents" can understand. As hard as it may seem fitting into her life or her view of things. Some mother-daughter relationships dissolve because the mother is trying to be a friend. Don't be a friend, be a parent. One that's supportive and open to listen to what she has to say.. no matter what it may be. Make serious rules and guidelines. But in no way do I say, yell, scream, or demean her in anyway. It's tough being a teen.. whether people realize it or not. So I hope you can use this advice, and come back with a better update. :)

hi try to expose her to healthier foods or if you want to change her personality try to put her in some kind of camp or a very well supportive group (that's not very boot campish ) expose your daughter to more things that you feel that's best to her. try explain to her that you was once her age and you know what it is like . explain to her that you will never get so far and successful in life unless she changes her attitudes . just tell her that you love her and you want what's only what is best for her ask her what do she wants . and if she does smoke or drink get her into some drug education classes that teaches drugs are bad for you . p.s. tell her that you love her and i love her too .

this won't helo so much with weight loxs- but it'll sure help her attitude and mabe through that help her to decide to lose weight. get her into a really supportive environment for a summer program- not just a regualr camp but something like upward bound(not outward bound- it helps people train and get into college- helps their grades and everything and has an awqesome respect policy- i know that it really helpoed me and because my parents didn't make a lot of money i got 3 summers of it for free!and got into my top college and feel better about myself and more determined to do whatever i want to acomplish!) other then that- i think you need to just work on your relationship with your daughter- be more open with yher about things in your own life and don't punish her when she's open to you, just try to help her. show you're disapointed but happy that she tells you things. um.. another thing that might help is get a mother-daughter gym pass and work out together! good luck!
