how much u think i can loose in 38 days?

Also if you see that at first you gain 1-3 pounds it is because you are turning the fat into muscle... so dont think that you are gaining weight you are just turning some of the fat into muscle

You could probably lose a good 15 pounds by then... drink lots of water and try to cut out all the pop... eat a lot of fruit and vegetables and watch out for the fast food... try to do an aerobic excersise like 1-3 hours a day (swimming, walking, jogging, te-bo)are all great work outs. But make sure that you keep this up and dont quit after 38 days cuz the weight is bound to come back on... if you want anymore tips email me at Tremenda1989@aol.com

um- yeah...don't try and lose a lb a day- that's way unrealistic and harmful- try going for 10 lbs- that's way more realistic- i bet you could even lose 12lbs if you amp up your exersize and lose just a little over 2lbs a week wich would still be healthy...good luck!

It all depends on how much work u plan to do. you could try to lose a pound a day and then that would be 38lbs. Why if i may as 38 days???
