hey everyone...happy new year!...i have set a goal for myself and that's to lose about 30 pounds in about 4 and 1/2 months...is that healthy/possible?!...i'm currently 5' 7" and 175 lbs...the reason i want to lose this weight is not only to look healthier...but to also be healthier...i feel like if i don't act on my weight now that it will just keep getting worse...if anyone has any tips that will help me reach my goal let me know please! thanks a lot...

that's definately possible! eat more fruits and veggies and more protien- eat less processed foods and simple sugars. eat more fiber and less sodium. drink more water! exersize exersize EXERSIZE!!!good luck! and yes you'll need to lose a little under 2lbs a week which is a great and healthy pacing! good luck!
